Energy type is the first thing that identifies an individual in Human Design.  Your type reveals how you exchange energy with the world around you. When we use this energy correctly, we are able to move through life with less resistance and the things that are meant for us will flow to us with ease. Understanding how your Human Design works allows you to lean into your gifts and use your energy how you’re meant to. Knowing your Type, Strategy and Authority can help you develop self-confidence and trust in the ability to make solid decisions for yourself. In this introductory reading, we’ll review your Human Design chart to explore your Energy Type, your Strategy & Authority, how you best use your energy, how to tap into your body (intuition) to make decisions, how to recognize when you're out of alignment with your energy type and identify your natural skills and abilities.
